Cost Acct Officers, Acct Officers, Auditors, Store Officers and Managers at a Hospitality firm in Lagos

We require suitably qualified candidates to fill the positions below:

The ideal candidates for these positions should have good years of experience working in the administrative department and possess the following:



Position: Cost Acct Officers

Qualifications and Attitudes:

The ideal candidates for these positions should have good years of experience working in the administrative department and possess the following:

Imputation of material requisition, material usage and closing stock

Imputation and analysis of product transfer note (PIN) i.e. control records
Imputation and analysis of finished product, drinks sold at sales point
Analysis of gain and loss
Posting and processing of SAGE programme.



Position: Acct Officers

Qualifications and Attitudes:

Keeping adequate records for all transactions.
Preparation of ledgers and trial balance.
Preparation of income statements and balance sheets,
Preparation of monthly, quarterly and yearly reports,
Reconciliation of bank statements with company cashbook.



Position: Auditors

Qualifications and Attitudes:

Verification of cash movement from the POS accounts to the banks i.e. Lodgments.
Daily Cash Count.
Pre auditing and post auditing of I.O.Us, Authority to incur Instruments etc.
Verification of supplies from the suppliers, Warehouse and Central Processing zones,
Daily stock taking i.e. closing stock of production materials,



Position: Store Officers and Managers

Qualifications abilities and attitudes:

He/she should possess the following:

Candidates must have ND/HND/B.Sc in Store keeping/Purchasing and Supply/Store Management or any other related discipline.

Assist in accounting and issue of all types of store materials and products.
Take inventory of received stock/items.
